Tchaj-wan zasáhlo ničivé zemětřesení o síle až 7,7 stupně

TCHAJ-WAN – Dnešní zemětřesení o síle 7,7 stupně bylo největším zemětřesením na Tchaj-wanu od roku 1999. (Foto: X)
Zemětřesení v roce 1999 mělo sílu 7,6 stupně a zabilo asi 2 400 lidí a zničilo nebo poškodilo 50 000 budov.
V současné době je počet mrtvých vyhodnocen na čtyři, 711 lidí je zraněno a 77 lidí je uvězněno.

Buildings in Taipei have continued to shake after an aftershock,
Meanwhile, Japan’s Meteorological Agency warns people to be vigilant for aftershocks of similar intensity for around a week.
